Loopy — Terms of Service

Last updated: 7 October 2026 · Effective: 4 July 2026

Welcome to Loopy. These Terms are the agreement between you and Loopy (tryloopy.io), a service operated by the individual proprietor trading as "Loopy", based in Australia. By creating an account or using Loopy, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use Loopy. You must be at least 18 to use Loopy. Questions? Email info@tryloopy.io.

1. What Loopy does

You give us a website URL and brand inputs, and Loopy uses AI to generate Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad images and copy for you. Because the output is AI-generated, it varies in quality and we don't guarantee any particular result, accuracy, platform approval, or advertising performance. You are responsible for reviewing and approving every ad before you use or publish it.

2. Your account

Keep your login details secure and your account information accurate. You're responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at info@tryloopy.io if you think someone else is using it.

3. Your content and the ads we make

You keep ownership of the inputs you give us (your URL, logos, images, and text). You confirm you have the right to use everything you submit — don't point Loopy at a website, brand, or logo you don't own or aren't allowed to use. We only use your content to run the service for you.

Customer research data. If you upload customer data (reviews, support tickets, return reasons, survey answers, call transcripts), you confirm you have the rights, notices and consents needed to upload it, including for anything your clients upload through a client request link, and you are responsible for your clients' uploads. Don't upload sensitive information (such as health details, financial account numbers, government IDs, or children's data) or data you aren't allowed to share. We may remove data that breaks this.

To the extent we can, we assign to you the ad images and copy Loopy generates for you. Keep in mind AI-generated content may not qualify for copyright, may not be unique, and is your responsibility to check before you use it — including making sure it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights and complies with the law and each platform's ad policies.

4. Reference ads

Loopy may show you real ads from Meta's public Ad Library for research and inspiration. These belong to their owners — use them as inspiration only; don't copy them into your own ads. If you're a rights holder and want an ad removed, email info@tryloopy.io.

5. Using Loopy in Claude or ChatGPT

You can connect Loopy to supported AI assistants such as Claude or ChatGPT. They are third-party services under their own terms. You're responsible for what you ask your assistant to send to Loopy: the same rules as section 3 apply to customer data, and don't send anything you aren't allowed to share. Loopy's results reach the assistant and its provider. The same acceptable-use rules apply, and we may limit or switch off the connection to protect the service.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use Loopy to make anything illegal, misleading, infringing, hateful, or against a platform's advertising rules, and don't try to scrape, reverse-engineer, overload, or abuse the service. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.

7. Plans and billing

8. Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel anytime in Settings → Billing and keep access until the end of your paid term. New customers can request a full refund of their first subscription payment within 14 days by emailing info@tryloopy.io. Otherwise fees are non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund. Nothing here removes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Third parties, and "as is"

Loopy depends on third-party services (AI providers, AI assistants you connect (such as Claude or ChatGPT), Meta, Google, Stripe, and hosting). We're not responsible for their outages or changes. Loopy is provided "as is," without warranties, to the extent the law allows.

10. Our liability

To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or wasted ad spend, and our total liability for any claim is capped at the greater of the fees you paid us in the previous 12 months or A$150. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that can't be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law — where those apply, our liability for services is limited to resupplying them or paying the cost of resupply.

11. Changes and closing

We may update these Terms or the service; for material changes we'll give reasonable notice in-app or by email. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or as required by law. You can stop using Loopy anytime.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and the Australian courts have jurisdiction — without affecting consumer protections that apply where you live. If you have a problem, email us first at info@tryloopy.io and we'll try to sort it out.
